Nugzar Gogorishvili, Chairman of the Union For Peaceful Development of the Southern Caucasus (Tbilisi, Georgia).
In contrast to individuals or a group of persons, terrorists base their identity on their own interests and goals in a definite timeframe. The topic of this publication was one of the most painful for me, because it concerned innocent victims, sacrificed for reprisal of political opponents and aimed at achieving someone’s own goal. |

SOLIDARITY DAY OF CAUCASIANS OF THE WORLD
06.04.2008
|
Dear Friends!
We, representatives of the Common House of Caucasus in Poland, proclaim April 22 as the SOLIDARITY DAY OF CAUCASIANS OF THE WOLRD! On April 22 1918 the representatives of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia created a united Transcaucasian Democratic Federative Republic and proclaimed its independence. Though, after a month it collapsed and in May 1918 each of the three countries declared their independence separately. Georgia declared its independence on May 26 1918, Azerbaijan and Armenia – in May 28 1918. Let’s keep in mind the date. April 22 1918 was the day when Caucasians were together! The Branch of the Common House of Caucasus in Georgia

|
The Common House of Caucasus was established in Poland in 2007. It laid the foundation for new relations between Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Poland, mutual cooperation of the youth and involvement of the new generation in business, serving to the objective of the Association “Common House of Caucasus”: intensification of the dialogue between the Caucasian peoples, popularization and integration of historical, cultural, social and political knowledge. We consider it significant that this great business was originated in Poland, namely in Warsaw. Due to efforts of its President Missis Hijran Aliyeva we acquired a hope and faith that strength is in unity. |

Meeting in Berlin
01.04.2008
|
The other day an annual session of the coordination council of Azerbaijani and Turkish diaspora groups has ended in Berlin. The president of the organization “Common House of Caucasus in Poland” Hijran Aliyeva took part in this meeting. H.A.: "My opinion is that we shouldn’t impose the idea of the Common House of Caucasus to the people of our region. The process of unifying Caucasians is irreversible. It is in our minds, inside of us, though our hearts still bleed for Caucasian tragedies. But poets assure that the time is the best healer! So let’s value the time". |
